FORGED STEEL BALL VAVLE
Heavy-duty forged steel ball valves are made from carbon steel or stainless steel bars. These bars are then forged, meaning they are shaped using a hammering device (hammer) and a die (mold), to achieve the desired dimensions and facets. This can be done using three different techniques: hot forging, warm forging, or cold forging. Forging is an excellent way to prevent the formation of defects (porous elements) inside valve components. This process also helps to position the metal fibers to create robust parts and enhance their mechanical strength.
