It is a new generation of products that the Ministry of Machinery Industry has decided to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump.
It can meet the transportation of liquids with corrosive viscosity similar to water in chemical processes.The temperature of the transport medium is generally - 20 to 100 degrees. If necessary, use appropriate cooling measures, the temperature of the delivered medium can be as high as 200 degrees or more.This series of pumps is upgraded and optimized by our company on the basis of the original oil, gasoline chemical pump which has wider applicability and smoother operation.

The model TIPpumps are centrifugal pumps with horizontal designed and manufactured according to ISO 2858/5199 standards. These pumps are ideal for a wide range of industrial sectors, offering reliable performance for process applications, general services, and medium-duty operations. TIP is a single-stage pump , and can be equipped with either closed or semi-open impellers. The impeller can be trimmed to meet specific flow rate requirements

Standard, construction and application

Lifetime of the pump are improved by the use of wear ring between the case and the cover for larger size of TIP pump.Large size of oil lubrication bearings are used and run steadily for a long time. Other bearing options available such as double row angle contact ball bearing.The impellers have axial balancing holes which can reduce the axial force efficiently and prolong the lifetime of the bearing. The standard flange is in DIN specifications with PN16 pressure rating. Hydraulic parts are an optimally designed. The efficiency is high and the high efficiency zone is wide.Variety of material for the main flow passage are available to manufactured based on customer requirement
