MANUAL PRESET VALVE

Technical Description

The preset valves V-7, V-15, and V-30 are designed for use with positive displacement meters.

• V-7 valves operate with mechanical preset settings to shut off flow after a predetermined quantity of product has been delivered.
• The preset allows the valve to shut off mechanically in either one stage or two stages.
• Single-stage shutoff is typically used with slower flow rates or with higher viscosity products to reduce hydraulic shock.
• Two-stage shutoff slows the flow rate before final shutoff, thereby minimizing hydraulic shock.

V7 Valves

• For M-5, M-7, and M-10 meters
• Classes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 14, 15, 16, 18, 30, and 37
• Seals: Buna or PTFE, or Viton®
• Angle valve indexes in 90° increments with outlet facing up, down, back, or front
• Rated to 150 psi
• Choose V7 series with M5, M7, M10 meters with mechanical registration

V15 & V30 Valves

• Aluminum V-15 and V-30 valves for M-15 and M-30 meters
• Classes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, and 16
• Seals: PTFE or Viton®
• Angle valve indexable in 90° increments with outlet facing up, down, back, or front
• Rated to 150 psi
• Choose V15 series with M15 meters with mechanical registration
• Choose V30 series with M30 and M40 meters with mechanical registration
• Pressure: Up to 150 psi
